As per the market standard in Qatar, Q Homes charges a tenant ½ month's rent commission upon signing of a lease contract with a Q Homes property. In return, Q Homes provides services that are tops in the market – and the service continues even after you sign the lease. We provide you detailed property listings with hi-res photos, a personal customer service representative to assist you with your property search and show you around town, and even assistance on switching on your utilities or other settling-in advice if you're an expat new to town. After signing the lease, we provide you access to the secure zone on our website with a unique username and password, where you can submit an online e-ticket for maintenance issues in your unit. We also commit to manage every property we lease to you or secure landlords who themselves have maintenance teams, meaning that we your experience in a Q Homes leased property will be seamless.

The Q Homes online secure zone is our existing customers' gateway to superior Q Homes service. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, you will receive a unique username and password when you become a Q Homes customer. This username and password will allow you to log-on to your customized secure zone dashboard, accessible from the Q Homes website. Tenants can view documents, communicate with their customer service representative, and even make a request for maintenance using our online e-ticket system. Landlords can view their quarterly reports, invoices, property updates, all their records, and communicate with their property management representative. Q Homes secure zone is a full-service, personalized online gateway for our customers, available at the click of a mouse in the comfort of your home or office or anywhere you have an Internet connection.

How do I browse Q Homes' property database?

Q Homes' available property database is located within our Property Listings section. From there, you'll be able to use the search functions, to peruse all available properties in our database. Q Homes makes the commitment that every available property is listed for view on our website - complete with the necessary details and images that gives you the feeling of "being in your new home." If you are interested in a particular property and would like to arrange a viewing, you can conveniently click on the link entitled "I'm interested in this property" and a Q Homes customer service representative will contact you shortly. If you are not sure what you're looking for and would like a Q Homes rep to help you with your property search, then simply fill out the "rent a property" inquiry form and our staff will respond to you as soon as we can.

There are two ways to contact your representative – first, by logging-on to your customized secure zone on the Q Homes website and clicking on "customer service representative", or by calling our general inquiry number to be connected to our staff directly.
